We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business and strengthen relationships in your territory.
What You’ll Do…
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with pavement maintenance contractors, government agencies, and other key customers. (Repeat business is the foundation of our success.)
- Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects while nurturing existing accounts.
- Conduct on-site product and equipment demonstrations. (Comprehensive training provided.)
- Deliver award-winning customer service and responsiveness.
- Plan and organize daily sales activities to strategically develop your territory and open new accounts.
What You Bring…
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Outside sales experience in construction or building materials (pavement maintenance experience is a plus).
- Strong presentation skills—comfortable with public speaking and PowerPoint.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed expectations.
- Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
- CRM proficiency and a willingness to learn SealMaster’s product lines and equipment.
- Confidence, integrity, and a professional presence.
